PayStubGen provides an online tool for generating pay stubs with automatic tax calculations, deductions, and year-to-date totals. The Service includes both free and paid (Pro) tiers.

3. Intended Use

The Service is intended for legitimate purposes including payroll management, proof of income documentation, and personal financial record-keeping. You agree not to use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents. Misrepresentation of income is illegal and may result in prosecution.

4. Tax Calculations

Tax calculations are estimates based on publicly available tax rates and brackets. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculation. Always consult a qualified tax professional for official tax filings and compliance.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The Pro tier is billed monthly at $14.00 USD. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of a billing cycle.

6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate tax calculations, rejection of documents by third parties, or business losses.
